Sauipe Short Shorts by Doce Vida Fitness
Submitted by NatashaLinton on Sat, 08/29/2009 - 21:47
After one look at these shorts, it was love at first sight. I won’t lie to you, I am one to judge a book by its cover before even reading it. Immediately I was attracted to the sleek design of the Sauipe Short Shorts by Doce Vida Fitness. They come in different colors, I was drawn to the black on black. The black stripes down the sides on the black shorts make these shorts fashionable.
Moving on past the look to the feel. The fabric screams nothing but comfort and quality. Two things you want in workout gear. All you’ve got to do is wash and hang to dry and these shorts are yours for a long time.
Not only to do the Sauipe Short Shorts look and feel good to my hands, but my legs and tush fell in love too. You’ve got to love a pair of shorts that makes your butt look good. Hmm, should I walk around the city to show it off, or should I workout? Just kidding. I couldn’t wait to sweat in these. Man they felt nice during every bend, reach, and jump.
I highly recommend for any fitness enthusiast or fitness instructor.
Dear Doce Vida Fitness, I want more….

Great Upper Body Exercise
Submitted by NatashaLinton on Tue, 08/11/2009 - 21:16
For a great upper body exercise that works back and arms try the bent over row. Great addition to a weight loss program because you are doing so much all at once here.
· Stand with your legs slightly wider than shoulder width apart
· Bend your upper body just short of parallel to the ground while holding a bar
· Pull the bar up towards your chest
· Contract your lats until your elbows are pointing up
· Do not jerk your body
· Return to the starting position with control
