Bio

Natasha Linton is a New York City based fitness professional who is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association and holds several other certifications. Her involvement in sports and fitness dates back to the 6th grade, but it wasn't until after college that she decided to combine her second nature which is to sincerely help others together with her passion for working out.  
 
After seeing that training was definitely 'her thing' Natasha created NATASHA LINTONSPORT. A Private Fitness Training Company. Sport in the name because of her own background in sports, and her one-on-one training technique is combined with old school gym class exercises and sports conditioning drills.  
 
NL is also a published fitness writer with contributions to national cable networks, books and newsletters written by top trainers across the country, and online and print magazines.
